Welcome glass of prosecco with small snacks. Tuscan cured meats, pickled vegetables, Tuscan crostino and pecorino flan with crispy pork jowl.

Ricotta and spinach ravioli in citrus and saffron sauce. Pappardelle with Chianina beef ragu, a true symbol of the Chianti culinary tradition.
Main Course
The Grand Tradition: sliced beef from Macelleria Covati in Poggibonsi with rocket and Grana shavings. Roast Cinta Senese pork with Chianti reduction. Roasted potatoes.
Dessert
Lemon mousse by Pasticceria Barone. Traditional Easter colomba cake.

Starters
Welcome glass of prosecco with small snacks. Seafood salad, gratin scallop, salt cod mousse with squid ink crackers, and octopus and cuttlefish on bruschetta.

Alcide white seafood risotto. Potato gnocchetti with prawns and langoustines, cherry tomato and shellfish coulis.
Main Course
Pan-seared sea bass fillet on fennel cream with Mediterranean bread crumble. Mixed fried seafood with chips.
